1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how fnties ("we", "our", or "us") handles information when you visit our website. We are committed to keeping this simple and transparent.
2. Data we collect
We collect minimal data strictly necessary to operate the service:
- Technical session data — temporary authentication tokens stored by Supabase to allow administrators to access the CMS. These are session-scoped and not persisted beyond your active session.
- Server logs — Vercel, our hosting provider, may collect standard server-side access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamp) as part of its infrastructure operation. We do not use these for profiling or analytics.
- Waitlist email address — if you join our waitlist, we collect your email address solely to notify you when fnties launches. See section 3 for details.
- Aggregated usage data — we use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to collect anonymized, aggregated data about page performance and visits. See section 6 for details.
3. Waitlist
When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address for the sole purpose of notifying you when fnties launches. We use a double opt-in process — you will receive a confirmation email and must confirm your subscription before being added to the waitlist. Your email will not be shared with third parties or used for any other purpose. You can request removal at any time by contacting support@fnties.com.
4. What we do not collect
- No analytics cookies or tracking pixels
- No third-party advertising or retargeting scripts
- No personally identifiable information beyond your waitlist email address
5. Cookies
We do not use cookies for analytics or marketing purposes. The only cookies set are strictly necessary session cookies used for administrator authentication. Public visitors are not subject to any cookie tracking.
6. Data processors
We use the following sub-processors to operate the site:
- Vercel Inc. — hosting and CDN (United States). Vercel's privacy policy applies to infrastructure-level data handling.
- Vercel Analytics — privacy-preserving page view analytics (United States). Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. Data is aggregated and anonymized. Vercel's privacy policy applies.
- Vercel Speed Insights — technical performance monitoring (United States). Collects Core Web Vitals data in an anonymized and aggregated manner. No cookies are used. Vercel's privacy policy applies.
- Supabase Inc. — backend, authentication, and waitlist data storage (United States). Supabase's privacy policy applies to any data processed through their platform.
7. Data transfers
Our infrastructure providers operate in the United States. Data transfers are conducted in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including the GDPR where applicable.
8. Data retention
Waitlist email addresses are retained until fnties launches or until you request removal, whichever comes first. Server logs are retained according to Vercel's standard data retention policies. Session data is deleted when your session ends.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. If you have joined our waitlist and wish to be removed, or have any other privacy-related request, contact us at the address below.
